Additional Notes:
** Players need to arrange their own transportation to and from the Greeley tournament, Crossroads, and all airport trips.
** Many teams are still in need of parent chaperones for these trips. If you chaperone your room cost is PAID for.
Please let Jenny know if you are interested for your team. All teams have openings.
** Transportation at most all events will be via rental vans or hotel shuttles. In order to travel with the team automatically
you need to be a chaperone. You may be able to travel IF there is extra room. So please be in contact with Jen if you
want to be part of group transportation for your team.
** Many of the hotels where there are no rooms left under the Stellar booking might still have rooms available via their
own hotel web-sites, AAA, or many of the travel sites such as Expedia or Orbitz, etc.
** If your daughter is traveling to an event without a parent, please make sure you send your daughter with enough $$$
to cover her meal costs and any unexpected situations. Remember, the East & West Coast are more expensive and any
needs they may have will have to be paid at hotel prices. Most downtown hotels are not near grocery or drug stores.

12's-13's teams: Players stay with their parents, all at the same hotel. For each trip, Stellar will reserve a block of
rooms. For Crossroads, parents will contact the team Mom and reserve a room through her. For Greeley, parents can
call the hotel directly and reserve a room through the Club Stellar block. Players will divide the coach's expenses for the
trip.
14's-18's teams: Players stay together- 2 or 3 players with a Mom chaperone in most rooms. For most trips, Stellar will
not have any parent rooms available. The hotel info will be posted here so you can make your own travel arrangements.
We do have parent rooms available for Greeley. Players will fly together and Stellar will book their tickets. If there are
additional parent tickets available, it will be posted here, first come-first served. Before each trip, you will receive an
invoice for the trip's total cost. Payment for the trip must be received on or before the due date in order for the player to
