Age Divisions:
Your daughters age as of September 1st, 2009 will determine the minimum age group she can play for the 08-09 season
18 and Under Division: Players who were born on or after September 1, 1990 or Players who were born on or after September 1, 1988
and a high school student during some part of the current academic year
17 and Under Division: Players who were born on or after September 1, 1991
16 and Under Division: Players who were born on or after September 1, 1992
15 and Under Division: Players who were born on or after September 1, 1993
14 and Under Division: Players who were born on or after September 1, 1994
13 and Under Division: Players who were born on or after September 1, 1995
12 and Under Division: Players who were born on or after September 1, 1996

| ** USAV/RMR Registration has changed this season. You must register online (like last year), but you have to pay the membership fee ($45). This is different than past years. 2. Copy of your completed USAV registration
3. 2 copies of player's birth certificate
4. USAV Medical Release Form (Click here)
5. $40 Cash tryout fee (non-refundable)
6. $600 check- 1st payment if you are selected for a team, if not, check is destroyed.
